Jeff chose to go to JMK Nippon for his birthday dinner.  If you don't know what that is it's a Japanese restaurant where they cook your food right at your table.  Jeff tried a different kind of sushi this time.  I know that there was some witIMG_0401h tuna, white tuna, and salmon.  Mark decided that he actually likes raw salmon better than cooked.  After dinner we went back to the Baylor's house to give Jeff his gifts and have cake.  Mark and I made Jeff his favorite cake, marble with chocolate icing, and Mark wrote on it with blue icing.  He did an excellent job for his first time!!  Jeff has been talking about wanting to try out oil painting so Mark and I got him canvas and an oil painting set.   We also got him charcoal pencilIMG_0411 supplies so he can draw with charcoal pencils.  When we go to Phil and Sue's before going to dinner we realized that we forgot the candles, so Sue went through her drawer of number candles.  She didn't have a 2 and a 3 so we had to settle for the year that Jeff was born.  The only problem was that there was only a six and not a nine so we ended up not putting that one on the cake because we didn't want the dirty wick in the cake.  To see all of the pictures click here.
