We found a new house and they accepted our offer. Our closing date will be on April 28th. We are very excited about the new house and can't wait to move in.
It is a split ranch, which means that the living room, dining room, and kitchen are in the middle, with the master on one side and the other two bedrooms on the other. There are three bedrooms, two baths, and a fully unfinished basement. This means that we can build another theatre room when we are ready.
The basement is huge so we will probably also finish an area for the office as well as a craft area for me. There is a gas fireplace which is pretty exciting. The pictures are from the realtor website but we will post more after we move in.

We just accepted an offer on our current house so that means that we are selling our house and buying a new one all in one day. The closings will actually be on the same day as well. Now the only thing left on the checklist is for me to find a job and of course some minor things.
